Bottoms Up The Ultimate Van Halen Cover Band |
Bottoms Up is back to Rock the Red Door. Always Crazy and Full of Jack Daniels, Roy "Ciaci LeRoy" Oliver is ready to interupt his mid-life crisis just one more time, for the love of the music, man. Brother Chad Oliver states, "I'm gonna beat them drums like they owe me money". On lead Guitar, Tom Saldamarco is loose and ready. "I don't have to wear makeup, you said no makeup" Tom said in a recent interview. On Bass, Luis Barros longs for the days of LoveGun. He is often heared mumbling, "I really miss those shoes". If you have never seen Van Halen, this is not really that close. "But they always pack the house", states a Red Door representative. Rock and Roll

Benefit for Alex and Cole De Mond |
Please join us to support the De Mond and Bartley family on May 20th from 12-5pm at the Red Door in Watertown, CT. Tickets can be purchased for $20 at the door. There will be two bands playing, Solar Set and Explicit, food, and a raffle.
For those who may not know, Fire Lt. Benjamin De Mond, 33, a six-year veteran of the Norwich Fire Department died on March 9th when his vehicle was struck by a drunk driver. Lt. De Mond was driving his two young children Alex, 6, and Cole, 4, to an indoor soccer game at the time of the accident. Lt. De Mond was pronounced dead on the scene, while the two children were taken by Life Star to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Both children were critically injured, but are now healing. The drunk driver was unemployed and without car insurance leaving the family with a heavy financial burden.
Along with his two sons, Lt. De Mond leaves behind the mother of his children, Melissa Bartley; his sister, Christie Streit; his parents, Greg and Dorothy De Mond; and his brothers and sisters at the Norwich Fire Department.
